     From time to time our world has changed. One of the clear and important changes is that changes in diet. Many years ago, people seek to get efficient food no matter it's healthy or not because it wasn't easy to have enough portion of food daily for many people in each parts of the world. Nowadays, people not only look for any type of food but also look for quality and healthy food. However, this is not the whole picture. Indeed, people practice a new lifestyle that dose not help them to eat healthy because they don't have time to prepare food at home. Unfortunately, fast food or prepared food became popular food because it's cheap and easy to get. There are some causes influence Changes in diet and they have features positive and negative of effects.
     One cause is the new lifestyle that people stick in it. In these day, people work hared and they are always busy; some of them have more than one job. So, they don't have time to cook at home. For these people junk food is easy to find anywhere and it's cheaper than homecook food. Unfortunately, fast food doesn't have any nutritional value at it all. Also, it has bad effects in human body because it has a lot of fat and it's less quality. This type of food led to many diseases like high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
     Another cause is new knowledge about food and eating habits. People know exactly which healthy or unhealthy food could effect health positively and negatively. It's not difficult to find out about any type of food or how much calories it has. Actually, People have an opportunity to choose appropriate food. In addition, there are some eating habits could influence change in diet such as eating between meals or eating in the late night before go to sleep. Many people try to eliminate those bad habits. So that, amount of Information about quality food and positive habits promote chances to living healthy and change positively in diet.
    Furthermore, media is one of the most important causes in changes in diet. Media has a hug impact in changes in diet because it presents so many programs about food and diet. By cooking programs, advertises, and role models. People influence by those types impacts fast in both side positively and negatively. As an positive example, many media programs show people how to cook healthy food or some time they invite some experts to help people learning about healthy food and good eating habits. In the other hand, Media present hundreds of fast food and sweet advertises everyday.
     In general, lifestyle, information, and media are some of the changes in diet reasons. Those reasons have good and bad impacts in changes in diet. In fact, new life style doesn't support change in diet positively but knowledge and information do. However, Media have positive and negative effects in the same time. I think people should take advantage of health food and stay a way form unhealthy food. Also, I think it's good idea to chance any bad habits related to diet.
