Do you often talk to yourself about living healthy? You are not the only one who think about that. Today, many people start thinking how to live healthy. We hear, watch, and read many and many reports and articles discussing health life. In fact, it's not only has a serious benefits in human life but also influences the environment. In my opinion, healthy living has an impact in two directions; for one thing it has impact in human life and for other thing it has impact in environment.
In the first place, healthy living has an impact in human life in term of happiness, health, and longevity. Indeed, eating healthy food, working outside, and sleeping early for about eight hours daily turn life to be healthy. In addition, spend enough time with family and friends will improves the level of healthy living. Therefor, no smoking or drinking alcohol can increase the level of healthy living. Those habits and lifestyles reflects human healthy life positively. For example, people who eat healthy food and do exercise regularly have the lowest levels of heart diseases and cholesterol. That means people in this position live in good shape with healthy body and brain. As a result of that, people with happy life and healthy body have more opportunity of longevity.
In the second place, healthy living has an impact in environment from around us. In fact there is exchange impact between healthy living and healthy environment. For example, growing up vegetables and fruits without using chemicals materials or using natural compost can address some diseases and minimize environment pollution. In the same way, minimizing air pollution can save the environment. So, human healthy living turns our environment to be better and when the environment in good shape it rises the level of human healthy living.
In short, I think it's a good idea for humans to take healthy living seriously as a lifestyle. It's beneficial for both of humans and environment. As I mentioned above, healthy living has many advantages such as satisfied, physical and mental health, and longevity. In future, I believe the percentage of people who adhere to living healthy will increase because everyone want to take advantage of it. So, are you going to live healthy?
Great start Adil, I hope you keep it up
